Note 1: As mentioned above, the primers in the upper table are specific for pAC161 with the exception of CR3S!
Note 2: Please check FAQ 2 for lines that are NOT created with pAC161. For example, with pAC106 the combination o9525 / o10706 will not work.
Note 3: The primer combinations sul2/sul4 and sul7/sul9 should produce amplicons with all our sul-resistant lines.
Note 4: The primer CR3S is used as a right border primer only for lines, in which pGABI1 and pADIS1 have been used for transformation. It replaces o3144/35St in theses lines.
